Dear Hilton Honors:
I just wanted to let you know how special the Hilton Garden Inn in Warwick, Rhode Island is. I stay in hotels virtually every weekday night and I travel all over the country. No where have I seen the hospitality expressed by this special hotel….

Please pass on my praise to an excellent staff at the Savannah North Hampton Inn. As always the hotel was spotless and the staff was incredibly accommodating. If there was a need for a corporate hotel model then this would be the place to look at. I travel to 18 states and spend between 150 - 200 nights on the road but my trips to Savannah are scheduled around the ability to stay at this location. Thank you for the effort.

I want to commend the Hilton Garden staff @ Warwick, RI. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the van because they were on another run. Really, that's not at all unusual, but the manager on duty and staff went out of their way to apologize and gave us some extra amenities to make up. The next morning the manager apologized again before we left. I stay at Hiltons all the time and take good service for granted at Hiltons, but this was super and I am really impressed. Thanks!
